Booking Confirmation

Contact us with our Quotation Request Form / Instant Quotation. We will get back to you in 1-2 working days.

Payment / Payment Method

1. Full payment has to be made 3 days in advance to confirm booking.

2. Payment Method Available:

  • Paypal / Credit Debit Cards – Request for a invoice for a Paypal payment after booking confirmation with our sales department (sales@kohbus.sg). Follow instructions given by our sales personnel.
  • Bank Transfer (Singapore) – Bank Transfer to DBS Current Account 054-905220-5, record down the transaction number and email it to us.
  • Bank Transfer (Overseas) – Swift Code DBSSSGSG, DBS Bank, Account No. 0549052205

3. Additional charges may apply for booking timing, distance, location and etc.

Cancellation / Change of Booking Policy

4. Full refund will be given if cancellation is made more than 72 hours in advance to the booking time.

5. Half-refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 72 hours in advance.

6. No Refund will be given if cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance to booking time.

7. An admin charge of $25 may apply if there is a change of timing less than 2 working days in advance of booking time.


On the Booking Day

8. There will be a Grace Waiting Time of 15 minutes from booking time. Customer will be charged at $45 per 30 mins of additional waiting time from booked timing.

9. Koh Bus Transport Service has the right to amend and change the terms & conditions and service rates without notice.
